One of the first presents I ever got for my hubby before he was even my hubby was a watch box engraved with his monogram. Because his love of watches & lack of space to properly contain them all was causing a serious problem on the dresser in our bedroom. This Valentine’s Day I have partnered up with Jord watches. First off let me introduce you to JORD: a local company that focuses on creating wooden timepieces modeled after a modern lifestyle. JORD values efficiency, experiential living, and most importantly to me, sustainability … which means I don’t have to sacrifice the Earth for a stunning timepiece. JORD uses a number of sustainable woods — such as acacia, bamboo, and maple — to make their gorgeous watches.
I knew Max WOOD love one of their beautiful watches. See what I did there? But seriously I was blown away when the watch arrived to our house. The packaging and presentation of this watch just goes to show you how great JORD really is. This watch is from their Hyde series, Kosso & Gray, will pair perfectly with a pair of shorts & a linen shirt in the summer but also is dressy enough to even pair with a button down & his work slacks. He could even wear it with sweatpants while he plays his video games… so that he can keep an eye on time and maybe realize he’s been playing for too long. Just kidding ☺ “I love you more every second gaming or not gaming” is what I should have got engraved on the back but JORD did just fine with the watch engraving. Did I mention you can add that too? Maybe, for being such a good wife I’ll be getting a JORD watch a present soon too, hint hint!
Want to get your paws on one too? Well, here is your chance – JORD is giving away a $100 gift certificate (expires 3.4.18) to one person to use towards a beautiful wood watch! And you literally cannot lose – everyone who enters will get a 10% off coupon code that expires 3.4.18. ☺ The perfect Valentine’s gift to your special someone or to yourself ;)! Click here to enter the giveaway . It runs through 2.18.18 and JORD will automatically notify the winner. Good luck!
