Been in a rut recently and felt the need to share

Been in a rut recently and felt the need to share about it, I haven’t been feeling super creative recently or motivated. And that’s okay. These shots were taken in Charleston I woke up at 6am got ready and headed out in 80 degree humid weather to snap these pics on my tripod (if you look close you’ll see the remote in my hand 😂). I was patient as people walked by and some people said things under their breath, some commented on my outfit. I twirled and did my normal poses as I clicked away using my camera tripod for the first time.

Sometimes I’ll wake up like I did this day and get out there and slay some pictures. Other days (majority of the days to be honest) I’ll wake up and decide I’m not putting makeup on. My point is it’s okay to have both days. Sometimes I can be SO hard on myself for not constantly pushing and trying to keep up with everyone else’s “perfect feeds” on this app. The truth is life isn’t perfect, I’m sure as shit not perfect. And it’s perfectly okay to go through ups and downs because that’s real life 🙈 my plan is to keep it more real with you all here 💕 ...

This shot was from our @southernshangrilachs (the Airbnb I stayed in Charleston). I honestly just wanted to recreate EVERYTHING they did. And steal all their plants but I do much better at taking care of the fake ones 😉 I’d say my home style now is boho eclectic because I’m now a days I’m a sucker for anything rattan, boho feeling.
